Why Is my parcel blocked?

My parcel is stuck of this for the past 4 days and this never happened to me. What is the issue and what is going on with my parcel?

Hi Rzrhed189,

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. It was received by airline on Jan.28 and usually takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
