Why is my package without update

RV545760053CN is shipped on February. It's middle April and still it didn't arrive. I will move soon. What is going to happen to my package? Is blocked since the 30th of march? More than 20 days without any updates? Are you kidding? This is not professional at all

Hi Donna,

It's delayed in the middle location. You can only wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.
