I returned an item to China on the 12th March 2021 with tracking number RY274025795GB. It has still not arrived at its destination although it says it was released from customs on the 29th March 2021. I know there are delays but we are talking nearly 3 months this is an absolute joke. Why is it taking so long for this to be received by the recipient. I am wanting a refund for this item which is a substantial amount. I hope you can find out what has happened to this item.
