Why is my package such a long time at customs

I posted my package 28th of February,since the 9th of April nothing happens anymore, the latest scan I can see is: In-Transit Guangzhou, EME.
Can you tell me more about the status.

Package since 8th of March at customs (1 reply)

20th of February i send 2 packages to BangGood due to problems with the readers. Package CC056537081NL is since 8th of March "Guangzhou, import customs retained pending inspection" so it is there for a very long time. I asked the addressee if they could contact customs for the status of the package but i don't get a response. The other package was received by BangGood at the 10th of March.
PostNL is waiting for another trace scan because when the package is at customs, they can't do anything for me. The package is insured but for that i need a confirmation that the package is lost. Could you please investigate this issue and inform me about the status of the package.
