Hi Ari,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

My package has been showing it’s in Shanghai for two and a half weeks going on three weeks! I have no idea if it’s lost or actually coming to me.
