Why is my package stuck in Guangzhou?

My package hasn’t even left Guangzhou and it’s been 20 days in transit? I need my package May 12th. What is taking so long?

Hi Juliana,

It didn't pass the check and was returned back for two times. It was delivered to you again on April 29. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
