Why is my package stuck as “departed from processing centre” for more than 6 day

I bought an item on the 20th of march and the tracking was running smooth until it stated “departing from processing centre” I waited days and days for it to update but still no update. This was not like my other order which got to the uk within 3 days for custom inspection but this is taking far too long and has not updated for time. Where is it ?AT343081985CN
