Hi, my parcel shipped early June 2021 it has been stuck at port of mesi? Since July 2nd....please clarify the situation AQ838922669CN

Hi Julie,

It has been in the US since June 19. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

Thank You! How long until it reaches the carrier? I think they used DHL for delivery. Is there anything that I need to do on my end?

You can only wait. USPS is in charge of delivering it to you in the US.
