Hi quickjay,

I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. I suggest you wait to the end of this month and if it's still stuck there, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

I ordered rep sneakers and my package has been on the “arrived at sorting center in destination country” since April 20th. Is something wrong? Could I somehow call the sorting center? Could my package have gotten lost? Is there any way I can figure out what’s going on and know if my package is coming or not?
