why is my package still in Vancouver?

It says my package has been in Vancouver since May 30th. Why has it not moved?
When will it be sent to me???

Hi Diane Sain,

Does the tracking number starting with U? If so, you need to wait for a long time to get it. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
