Why is my package still in beijing

i havent receive my mail yet and its stuck in beijing. Why is it not flying to Ningbo?

Hi praisya,

It's not normal for your package. Are you the recipient in China? If so, you'd better contact China Post by calling their service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask what happened to it.

Hello, I ordered a package on April 17, and my tracking has not updated since April 19. It seems to be stuck in either Beijing International Tianyi Processing Center or Beijing International Mail Exchange Station. I would just like to know if my package has left Beijing and if it is on the way to the United States.
