Why is my package still at Overseas Transit Bureau since 08/06/24?

I have ordered a package since 07/20/24 and still waiting. I contacted the seller and told them to let me know what is going on. They said they were looking into it but no more contact. I was shipped from Shanghai China. What do I do? I already asked for my package or a refund. Still waiting for either one.

Hi Lydia,

If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I understand if it needs more time. I'm just making sure everything is good with the package. Is it normal for packages to be in transit for 2 or 3 months? How much longer should I expect for it to arrive. And will there be a USPS tracking number? Thank you for your time.
