Why is my package saying delivered but it's not here?

Hello
I am from Papua New Guina and my package was suppose to come to Madang Province, Papua New Guinea.
My tracking status is saying that my packages has been delivered two days ago but I have been checking constantly and it's not here yet. It's not even in the post office. My tracking numbers are AS838233635CN and AS838414337CN. Please help me locate them.

Hi Jamie Buri,

They were delivered to PG Madang 511 on March 6. If you don't receive them, contact the seller to ask for the new tracking information for them and them check them with papua new guinea Post. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy them to get refund in time.
