Why is my package on transit at destination country for 14 days?

Why is my package in transit? Why is it traveling from new york to Chicago and vice versa. Walmart says package is under USPS facility however when I call USPS they couldn't locate the package with the tracking number above. What's going on? When will it arrive?

Hi, my parcel (AQ003390248CN) has been at the destination country sinds 3rd of August and is still showing as "The shipment is in transit within the destination country". Is this normal? Which carrier has the package been handed over to in Belgium, so I can check with them?

My parcel has “left for destination country.” It has been in transit for 71 days. I had order to products from the same website and one was in transit for 16 days. That one arrived months ago no problem. Am I ever really going to get my second diamond painting. It hasn’t even arrived in destination country yet.
