Why is my package not moving since June? CP430460766CN

Hi, it has been 65 days that my parcel CP430460766CN hasn’t left China it is stuck on departure from regional sorting centre in Shanghai (some tracking says it’s not even at the sorting center) for this whole time. When will I receive it if it hasn’t left the country? I know the line is a slow one but I thought it would take only 70 days.

It may couldn't be tracked after it leaves for some stations in China. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and check it for you.
