Why is my package not moving?

My package hasn’t moved or updated in days. I’m worried that it’s stuck. It’s been in Shenzhen, China, and has not moved at all. I just want to make sure there’s no major issues, and that it’s just taking a little bit, as I’ve heard some horror stories of people having to pay extra just to get their package.
