Why is my package not moving?

Tracking number 391367746480. After almost a month wait my package finally shipped. Now it has just sitting in the local FedEx in Shenzhen why has it not moved in nearly 2 weeks?

It was delivered to air transport on April 5 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

No, they havn't arrived in the US. To my experience, you need to wait for another 20-40 days to get update showing they arrive.

They couldn't be speed up. It takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrives in the USA after they were delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I checked here wondering if I will really receive my package. I had no way of knowing it would come from China before ordering and was under impression due to COVID19 we will not receive packages from China. The list of countries we are not accepting from has been updated.
China was on it, but it is not at this time. It simply states there will be delays. I expect delays, but I am trying to understand what is wrong with mine. Track No LS354886198CN and USPS & China EMS and most other tracking shows last update 4th June. China Post has an extra update on the 11th Outbound Flight Departed - Beijing, Beijing, China; then Outbound Flight Departed - Zhengzhou, Henan, China. Two flights left, did any land? Are those flights still in the air flying 3 weeks later? Where is this package really?
