Why is my package not going straight to Canada?

Hello. Sorry Daisy for asking again but why is my package not going straight to Canada. It first went to Hong Kong and now is in Singapore. Shouldn’t it just be going right across the ocean to Canada? Please give me tell me when you think my package will come (like an estimated delivery date) Tracking Number:UF182268522SG

Hi Mary,

It's sent by 4PX express and needs to be transited from Singapore. It takes about 30-60 days to reach Canada in normal. If you couldn't receive it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

I have a package that I bought online and shipped out with tracking #CP411842453CN, it's says it left China on May 8 and is in route to Canada, it is now July 10, 72 days in transit. I contacted our Canada post office and they say item hasn't entered Canada yet, my question is where is my package as seems to be in limbo, has it become lost or will I still receive it??
