Why is my package is stuck in customs?

I am mailing a package back to the company which I purchased clothing online, because it didn’t fit. The company will not refund me until they receive the package, but it is stuck in customs, and they refuse to contact customs to get it. Why is my package stuck in customs? Why isn’t it being delivered? It has been in customs since 8/6/2020.

Hi Kumi,

It may waiting the receiver in China to declare to provide the invoice, pay for the tax or something. He need to contact the customs to check.

Was stuck in customs when checked it says it's accepted does that mean it's clea (0 reply)

Received a email stating my package was stuck in customs waiting inspection. When I pulled it up it's saying accepted. Does that mean it's no longer stuck in customs and on the way to me?
