I ordered something in Dhgate, and since the 21 april, it's in "Import Customs Release".. Is it an update error ? Should I contact the seller ? Thanks.

1. Is this item got delivered to me or returned back to the seller?
2. Is it is in transit, what's the current status of the package? Or it reached the indian territory?
