Why is my package circling and where is going now?

My package is stuck in Beijing for some reason and its circuling after second time returning because od some security check it went to [Beijing Xinghuang Huangcun Station] (via transfer) thats the first time i see this station after all security returns and all.
Can you answer me why my package went to [Beijing Xinghuang Huangcun Station] (via transfer).

It may be on the way back to the seller now. You'd better track it in the following days to see if it's normal.
