My picked cleared US customs but it’s being sent back, what should I do? And how should I get it sent back to me? And how do I get my money back?

Hi Rahmatullah,

If you want the item, you need to require the seller to send one again to you. Also, for getting money back, you need to contact the seller to ask.

The tracking info for my Registered Mail package shows that it landed in Canada on May 27, but then it was Exported back out of Toronto on June 15, and now the tracking info shows that it is back in Guangzhou? Why did my package go back to China? :(
