April 24 is when the sorting center received my package and for almost a month now it’s been cycling being shipped off, being returned, sent to a sorting agent etc. So where is my package really and has it actually shipped yet? LY741617352CN

I’ve got two parcels that constantly change of status, they’ve been returned to security 3 times already while being at the same place. (That is Guangzhou). They changed the status to “Deliverred to air transport” but this happened before and they were returned for a second time to security. Could you please explain me what’s happening?
