Hi Jan,

Flight arrived in Hong Kong is a wrong translation. It should be flight arrival. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in Netherlands.

Hi, This package left from Shenzen to Europe and it was scheduled via Hong Kong but according Post service never arrived to Hong Kong. Its lost between Shenzen and Hong Kong. LE572784006CN.

* 2023-11-21 08:56 MELBOURNE AIRPORT, Flight arrived.
* 2023-11-21 00:24 HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Flight departed.
* 2023-1-20 14:15 Melbourne, Abnormal customs clearance.
* 2023-11-19 05:30 HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Handover to airlines.
Does this mean that my parcel has been rejected by Australian Customs and sent back to the sender and it will NOT be delivered to me?
