Why is it taking long to deliver my package.

I should have received my package within 10 business days of it being sent but to no avail. I racked it and it’s status is in transit to destination but it has been over 31 days and it’s in transit from Nanjing, and I live in Nanjing so where exactly is it? And why is it taking long to get to me?

Hi Nana,
Wait patiently. There are a great number of packages needed to be processed each day. When your package arrives in Nanjing, it needs some days to dispatch to your nearest post office to deliver it to you. As it's already in Nanjing since Dec. 26, it should deliver it to you in a week. If you still couldn't get it within a week, just call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask what happens to it.

Sorry. It's nor normal. Better call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask what happens to it.

I called and they said it was still at customs. Is this normal? And how can I contact Nanjing customs if I want to make an enquiry
