Why is it showing Australia and not South Africa?

I still haven't received my package until now. Latest status is 2020-09-08 16:26 Customer enquiry lodged and awaiting international departure at Nanning city. Tracking number is LZ261975956CN. Can you please help to check what's happening with my package? Why is it going to Australia if my address is set to go to South Africa?

Hi jowest,

You need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake.

The delivery of the above package appears to have been tracked to Linton Grange South Africa on 22/02/22, this the second time it has been sent to South Africa. Originally it left China arrived in South Africa then returned to China and now it seems it has arrived back in South Africa.

I have to parcel that were shipped to South Africa,
When I try to track them, the system tells me they are in South Africa, but in South Africa I can't seem to find any reference.

Do you work with any specific courier in South Africa?
Can you please check from your side and give me an update with regards to those tracking numbers?
