Why is it not moving?

Hi daisy, I hope you’re doing well I have not had update since a while for this parcel, seller says ems takes 2-3 weeks from China to Canada.. but still nothing. I thought EMS was express, I need update on my package please thank you.

Hi Canadaupdate,

It's delayed in China. The seller should let you the delivery time for EMS package couldn't be guaranteed due to the coronavirus. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in Canada.
