Why haven't my packages moved in over a month

Shipped in April. Has not moved in over a month. Shipping has opened up and still have received my shipments. Other orders (5/1/2020) have arrived that have only took two weeks to get. Where and when will I get my shipments?

I haven't had an update on my two packages ( one was May 10th., and the other was May 19th.)

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in Canada after delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update untill July 31, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Unfortunately it's unlikely either of those orders will ever arrive as both of them were in an airplane that was seized by the Russian government to deliver coronavirus supplies. If you couldn't get update in this month, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
