Says it was delivered which I have yet to receive it, I need the shipper info and proof that he actually delivered it to 103 e cemetery dr oktaha, Oklahoma 74450, in the event the shipper kept my pkg i will pursue charges against the shipper, all correspondence from china post, the seller and all PayPal information will be forwarded to my attorney

Hi Cecil sipes,

If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
