Why haven’t I received my order

I had placed my order November 30 the last time tracking was updated was December 14 and it had said it is on route to Canada it doesn’t take almost a long from China to Canada on plane. Where is my order!!!

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Good afternoon,
According to the tracking number, the order has been delivered, but I haven't received anything at the address indicated (Calle Lucas Mallada, 10, 1º Derecha, Madrid, 28037).
Is this an error in the application, or how can this problem be resolved?
