Why have my package is stuck in sterilization?

All of my other packages been in there for about one day. I also ordered this package from shein and it usually never takes long to move from one place to another but this package has been there for about 5 days. The tracking number is 9200190294924519465777 and the order number is GSHMH2004000VGH so can you guys just see where this package is.
