WHY HAVE I RECEIVED SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER

I am very concerned that I have received a pair of FAKE RayBans, which I did NOT order. How has Chen Long Shanghai got my email address, phone number and home address? This is very disturbing and very wrong - how has this happened?
You may order something online and the seller sells your information to other sellers. It may be a brushing scam. It's sent by sellers in China to boost the seller's ratings by creating fake orders. They usually ship an inexpensive product to an unwitting receiver and then submitting positive reviews on the product.
