Why hasn’t my tracking changed?

It’s been almost 2months. Every time I send an email regarding my package, I get the same response saying packages might be delayed due to the coronavirus and to be patient. No one is actually telling me where my package is. The shipping has not changed. The tracking number is LY054336657CN. When will I receive my package?

Hi Lizzie,

It's still in China now. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive it in this month.
