Why hasn’t my parcel left Guangzhou Exchange (EV914008397CN)

Hi been expecting a parcel for a while now. It says it’s at Guangzhou International, next stop Guangzhou Exchange. Can you tell me why it hasn’t arrived at Guangzhou Exchange please? Is there any issues? I’ve been waiting a while for the parcel now.

Hi olive,

Your package should have left China and in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 15-25 working days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Hello. I have been waiting for my parcel UI194742642CN since 23 March. When i track it just says arrived at Guangzhou. Why hasn't it left Guangzhou since then?
