why hasnt my parcel been delivered .

hi please can you explain why its taking so long for my parcel to be delivered ? you have stated that its been handed over to courier for delivery but that was over three months ago so why has my parcel not been delivered to its destination ( tracking number is RY272569313GB ) i expect a prompt reply with more info on this please.

It didn't pass the customs check and is on the way back to UK now.
