Why hasn’t my package moved in over a week!?

My mother in law and I ordered this package on the same day around the same time and she got hers last week. Mine isn’t even in the USA yet! Where is my package?

Hi Mckenzie,

Your package is still in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
