Your package left China on Nov. 23 and is in transit to your country now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, please contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.

Why should we have to contact the seller when you lose our package that's your responsibility and you should pay and compensate everybody for your mess is it. you can expect to stay in business if you can't do your job now you know I need you need to keep get your s*** together and become a company that delivers instead of screwing up people's packages I've lost a TV over a month ago and nobody's tried to send it the company I got it for went out of business because they're scam artist now I'm screwed now I expect compensation from ems, due to the fact that they're the ones that lost my package pay up
