Why hasn't my package been shipped yet?

I bought an item on aliexpress, seller sent me the tracking code RV343949087CN but it doesn't work whenever I try to track it and the Orders section has been showing 'shipment ready for dispatch' with no updates for almost 3 weeks. Can I get to know where my package is or shall I contact the seller?

My parcel has been stucked for two weeks now RB039397089SG. The only update is that it was picked up by 4px express.... What do I do, because the seller is not being helpful?
There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. It's just sent and need two or three days to have tracking information.
3. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
4. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.
You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
