Why has tracking not updated ?

The above parcel has not moved since 25/06/2021. Please advise why?

Hi ashleyelx,

It's sent by SUNYOU Express. It arrived in your country on June 25. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it's in New Zealand. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.
