Since the 29th October, my parcel has stayed in China, moving between Beijing and Shanghai, why hasn't it started its journey to me, after almost 5 weeks?

Your parcel arrives in Langley, UK on Nov. 18 but not sure why it was returned back to China since then. On Dec. 5, it was successfully delivered to the sender. You'd better contact the sender to let him check what's happened to the parcel.
