Why has my parcel not moved since 24th February

Your tracking service indicates you have my parcel on 23rd February, tracking reference RN721936723GB, however no update has been recorded since 24th February. Please could you advise where my parcel is currently sitting.

Hi, EMS has been really fast so far and it now says "Flight departure". It has been like that for 2 days now so am I not able to track it until it reaches spain? Would be nice to know where EV959749544CN is or that I just need to wait a bit longer. Thanks

There is no update for it after 24th February. When it arrives there will be update. You'd better wait for more days to see.
