why has my parcel been delivered to the wrong address

i recently ordered a parcel from amazon to my address,but it has ended up in bolton. This is the tracking ID: LL553428381CN

Hi Charlie Nortje,

The seller may fill the wrong address for you or the seller gave you a wrong tracking number. You'd better contact the seller as soon as possible to reflect your problem and require them to send one again to you.

You claim you delivered my product on Feb.20/25, but you delivered it the the wrong address in the wrong Province of Canada. My address is in Ontario, Canada not Quebec Canada, Please advise when it will be delivered to the correct address. This is not taken over a month and I still have not received my purchase.
