Why has my package not moved in 12 days.

Hello can I please get an update on my package it says plane arriving April 6th and now today same thing plane arriving April 6th is this normal? It also does not give a location to where my package is it just says “plane arriving”

Hi I have a package that is has in transit for 61 days and it has not moved for the past almost 40 days. Can you please tell me what is going on? I can't imagine why it hasn't moved in that amount of time. Tracking is AS437296582CN.
