Why has my order not moved in 4 weeks?

Have you lost my order? If not why has it not moved in over 3 weeks & you have had it for 2 & a half months. I know things are difficult but surely you could have got my order to me in that time? CP384017425CN update please.

It's going to UK by train and will pass countries like Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Lithuania. According to the latest tracking information, it was in Lithuania on June 23. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
