Why does packages delivered at 5pm today it is not 8am

Package said delivered at impossible time is hisa bot to take delivery of packages to avoid refunds? Because says delivered 8/20 15:49 which is 3:49pm and the date and time right now is 8/20 8:17am you see hw his is problematic. If package does not arrive today I will be returning though my bank and down voting on BBB website. You and the business I bought these from letting them know the reason why so they can look for a new shipper.

The time shown in tracking information refers to Beijing Time. If you don't receive it, contact the seller to check it for you in time.
