My package says import terminated, and it’s just a purse! What does this mean? Has my package been canceled or will I be still be receiving and if so, when will I receive it?

I went to collect package at post office and instead of a purse it was an A5 plastic envelope with a piece of paper in it. The customs note said elderly ladies shoes. There was no shoe and certainly not my purse which I ordered. Disgusting service. All I want is my Radley Purse. Why send an empty envelope and then ask for 6 euro duty. Please find the correct parcel
