My item is at distribution center for over 3 weeks an has not been shipped out ,China post has not updated tracking

Hi! Please help me locate my parcel with tracking number UA920756487US. It was shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) on October 16th, 2019 from Richmond Hill, Georgia, USA. It was supposed to be delivered by December 4th, 2019 to the following address:
