Why does it say delivered?

My tracking info says it's been delivered. I never received it. It doesn't tell me where it got delivered, just says delivered. Says it's from USPS, they say they never received it. Contacted the company, and they said to contact my post office. I did, but they said they can't do anything because they never received anything. And now the company is ignoring me. Where is my package please?

Hi Skrunchii,

Could I know your tracking No please? Is the tracking number starting with A? I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. It may be a scam and was delivered to some other place. If the seller doesn't give you a solution, you need to try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

I can see the package history and the date delivered, but unable to see what address it was delivered to, nor the courrier who delivered it. The only courrier name I can see anywhere is LinLong? I'm unaware of this courrier having fleets in NB Canada. I assume where it landed in USA then had to cross the border into Canada that the Courrier changed?
