Why does it appear my parcel has sat in L.A. for the last 15 days? Lost?

Tracking shows it arrived in L.A. on 12/12. Nothing after that. It looked like it would make it for Christmas, then stuck in L.A. What happened?

Mine is in the same situation as yours and it was shipped out around the same time. Stuck since Dec 10. Maybe they’re stuck in the same stack somewhere…

My parcel was "delivered by airline" nearly a month ago and has just sat there. I ordered 3 items, 2 of which have arrived, but this one is just sat there. You're the postal company, there must be something you can do to hurry it along.
