Why do I get no further Updates ?

My Parcel left China on 12/16/2019 and since then I didn’t get any new information.
Is it still transit , do they lost my parcel or is it arrival at my country and handed over to Customs ?

and if it still transit how long does it take to get to my country and deliver to me and where is my parcel located right now?
